Since starting with Smart Power in 2006, Ken has completed energy audits on a variety of commercial and industrial sites. He has also been involved with the implementation of recommendations from energy audits.

Ken is a registered electrician with 20 years industry experience. He has worked in heavy industrial manufacturing environments, commercial contracting and infrastructure projects. He also has a great deal of experience with heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems including design, installation and servicing.

Ken’s interest and knowledge in energy efficiency increased significantly while working on variable speed drive applications while employed by Danfoss. Most recently Ken has spent time specialising in electronic motion control equipment.

Ken has a Trade Certificate in Electrical Theory and Practice.
